Applications and RSVPs

This website does not collect applications or RSVPs. Contestant applications are submitted through the organiser’s Google Form. Audience RSVPs are handled by Luma. Those services have their own privacy notices and may require you to sign in.

This site uses locally hosted fonts and does not include analytics, tracking cookies or embedded registration forms.

For parents and guardians

A parent or legal guardian must submit a contestant’s application. Review the form’s information and permission requests before sending the video or the student’s details. Contact the organiser if you have questions about access, retention, corrections or withdrawal.

Student audition videos, guardian contact details and judging notes are not published on this website.

Photography and filming

Photography and filming are planned at the event, including for a YouTube feature. Participant and guardian permissions will be coordinated by the organising team.

Public use of a student’s footage must follow the scope of the permission recorded for that student. An application or audience RSVP should not be treated as blanket permission to publish a student’s video. Ask the host about filming arrangements or any concern before attending.
